Madar does not guarantee specific sales figures, ROAS, or outcomes; marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control. Content published on this site — including the blog — is general information for learning purposes, not binding advice for any specific case.

Diagnosis Session

The free diagnosis session is non-binding for both parties and creates no contractual obligation before a work agreement is signed.

Intellectual Property

The site content, design, and the Madar brand belong to the studio and may not be commercially republished without written permission. Client deliverables remain governed by the signed work agreement.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect upon publication on this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
